Your Journey Begins Here
At the core of Dr. Wilson’s work is a simple but powerful truth: Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re seeking clarity, comfort, or a new beginning, you don’t have to walk the path alone.
We invite you to take the next step, with care, at your own pace. Dr. Wilson is here to support you.
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered. That’s why I don’t want you to waste your time in sessions that don’t work for you. Instead, I offer a no-pressure consultation so we can see if we’re the right fit. This gives us both the opportunity to get a sense of what it would be like to work together, without any initial commitment.
In that first conversation, we’ll explore where you are right now, what brought you into therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
My Approach to Therapy
Our work will often draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment theory, and other evidence-based methods. I am also trained in EMDR therapy, which can be especially helpful for healing from trauma and reducing emotional distress.
Together, we will:

Hi, I’m Tosin Addeh, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a deep commitment to holistic, compassionate mental health care. With over 18 years of experience in nursing and critical care, and more recently in outpatient psychiatry, I bring both clinical expertise and a human touch to every session.
I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorders, stress-related conditions, and more. Using a thoughtful blend of evidence-based medication and integrative strategies such as lifestyle medicine, mind-body techniques, and nutritional support.
My practice is grounded in cultural humility, clear communication, and mutual trust. I view mental health as deeply connected to the whole person, your story, your strengths, and your goals. That means every care plan is practical, personalized, and designed to support real-life wellness, not just symptom relief.
My approach is:
Collaborative – We set goals together and check in regularly to make sure your treatment is working for you.
Holistic – I use medications when helpful, but also focus on non-pharmacologic tools like sleep hygiene, movement, nutrition, therapy skills, and stress reduction.
Trauma-informed – Every visit is a judgment-free space to explore root causes, build resilience, and support sustainable healing.
Flexible – I offer both in-person and virtual visits, including medication management and supportive care for adolescents (age 15+) through older adults.
